TA Providers: General Questions

CWB Goals

Please provide a brief update on your progress toward your proposed CWB goals in the last reporting period:

UHAB located the leadership and met with three new co-ops this month either directly or through partner organizations. We have been assessing their needs and have learned that some are in good have and others are troubled and in need of significant assistance. We are working to bring additional training to the co-ops we have identified through the Co-op University.

What constraints or limitations, if any, did you experience in the last reporting period?

The members and leadership of many existing co-ops have proven difficult to reach. Property managers are likely one significant barrier.

What opportunities, if any, did you take advantage of in the last reporting period?

We are working with existing secondary organizations to continue working with co-ops after the contract ends.
