The final design of the CIV of course is still in progress, this work needs to occur before the community engagement strategies can begin.

Receiving funding will allow us to begin to conduct hiring of consultants for additional support for research and data gathering for the team. As reported in our last month report we have made significant progress in mapping out our projects and finalizing our CIV mission and phases of work. In the next few months this will be finalized and then we will begin with hiring of a project manager.
