We contracted for our project manager and community organizer positions. Still looking for buildings. Viewed one we have seen before. It is a possibility but we are still hoping for a nicer building, especially because the landlord has recently made leases with tenants in the building.

What constraints or limitations with internal capacity is the organizarion experiencing related to its Pre-Development Project?
We continue to worry about not having a building to buy yet. A couple of real estate brokers have told us about how limited the real estate is in Little Village, and ask "how about Bridgeport", "how about Marquette"? We tell them that our mission is to keep people in Little Village so our boundaries continue to be Little Village alone.
What opportunities, if any, did the organization take advantage of related to its Pre-Development Project?
Working with UHAB, getting assistance from Renee Hatcher for our employment contract.
